In AI it means your partner keeps running the systems and we build the workflows on top. If a change were needed, we would say so openly. We do not sell a replacement.

You tell us where things are stuck: a workflow that costs time every week, or a security question nobody in-house can answer. We tell you whether we can change something about it and how we would go about it. If we cannot, we say so in the call, and no sales email follows.
Wherever you want it. There are two routes. Cloud with a Swiss contract and a data processing agreement, and before the start we tell you which model runs where. Or entirely on your own premises with open models, without data leaving the building. This website runs on an international hosting provider. Your company data never runs there.
The intro call usually within a few days, the two hours on your task right after. A security or AI mandate usually starts two to four weeks after the intro call, with a short review of where you stand. An incident is different: then we start immediately, via the emergency page.
